What every package includes

• Live one-to-one lessons — never pre-recorded video, never a group class
• A teacher matched to the student’s age, level and language (brothers with male teachers, sisters with female teachers)
• Lessons scheduled in your own time zone
• Free reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice
• A change of teacher at any time, at no extra cost, if the match is not right
• Certificate of completion issued by ALFATIH LLC on successful assessment

How payment works

• The trial lesson is free. No payment card is required to book it.
• Packages are paid in advance for the month ahead. Nothing renews automatically — you choose to renew each month.
• We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
• Prices are charged in euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP) depending on your region. Your bank may apply its own conversion or transfer charges.
• Need a different number of hours, or lessons for more than one child? Contact us and we will quote at the same hourly rate.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of any unused hours within 7 days of payment, no reason required. Full details are in our Refund Policy, and the terms of enrolment are in our Terms & Conditions.
